Services: Create partnerships with surrounding schools through an Education Consortium; Develop infrastructure for CRST Lakota Language, culture, and standards. Provides technical assistance to C-EB schools, CRST Education Services, CRST Head Start Program, CRST Infant & Toddler Program, CRST Title I Program, JOM Program, Public and Private Schools, Takini Grant School, and Tiospaye Topa Grant School
