Mission: The mission is to focus on providing access to quality screening and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer also to advocate and support breast and cervical cancer screening services to save lives.

Vision: ​To have healthy women living cancer-free.

​

Goal: To reduce breast and cervical cancer mortality through public health approaches. Address policies, systems, and Environmental factors to plan, implement and communicate. 

 

Services provided but not limited to: 

1. 3D mammograms

2. Clinical breast exams

3. Pap smears and pelvic exams

4. Immunizations

5. Clinical Preventive Services 

6. Well Women Exams

7. Diagnostic testing (if abnormal results)

8. Referral for further diagnostic testing 

9. Case Management/Patient Navigation 

10. HPV/STI/HIV confidential testing 

11. Assistance with transportation 

12. Local, State, and Tribal Partnerships
