Advisory Committee

The Tiwáhe Glukinipi Otipi Advisory Committee (TGOAC) is constituted to reflect our communities’ values and beliefs. Members serve as liaisons between their communities, Tiwáhe Glukinipi Otipi, the state, and federal governments, to address matters impacting our youth and elders on Cheyenne River.
