Bart Ward, born March 11th, 1976, to Elaine Ward and Bill Ward Sr., grew up 7 miles North of Parade on the family ranch, and still resides there. Graduated in 1994, have 3 children with my significant other, Jaime O’Neal. Life-long resident, for more than 3 years in Aberdeen and one year in Rapid City. Honor to serve my tribe in any capacity I can.
