Weekly menus are now available at the Center and are posted on Tribal pages.

 

As a new Tribal program, we are building a new database. We kindly ask you to stop in or call to fill out our intake form so that we may get to know you better and any special dietary needs that you may have. Our goal is to build a menu with a variety of daily menu options that suit all our elders' needs. 

 

Information that is important to know:

 

1.) Every elder 60 years of age or over, is eligible and is welcome to join us at the Center for Elders for meals.

 

2.) If you are disabled or have a child that is disabled, you can qualify for meal services. Please call the Center to fill out an intake form.

 

3.) If you are a caregiver, you too may qualify for meal services. Please call the Center for more information. 

 

As the Center for Elders continues to grow and develop, we kindly ask for your patience as we embark on this new journey. Please feel free to offer ideas for our menu. 

 

Our goal is to create an environment that is friendly, happy and healthy.
