Acre, Inc. was created by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe to promote research and development in agriculture and to promote best practices and opportunities including value added agriculture, for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.

Developing a Tribally Supported Agriculture (TSA) system on Cheyenne River is an integral part of this movement.
